I believe that you have to have humor everyday in your life.  It is healthy to laugh at yourself and not take life too seriously.

Laugh, smile, and you will bring joy to people.  You will be happier and you will spread the happiness.  I want to share some funny photos with you.  I find humor in many things.  Like here, I am supposed to be serious for the photographer.  But I was caught off guard, couldn't open my eyes, and couldn't stop laughing.

Now remember that I am a Personal Trainer.  I teach how to live a healthy and fit life.  However, I believe that you have to enjoy life.  I believe that many diets out there are horrible.  I am Italian, and we celebrate life by eating.  But you can eat healthy, and still enjoy desserts and fun foods every once in a while.  In everything you do, do it in moderation.
